The first National Conference of Suzuki Music/Musique Canada was held Nov. 7-9, 2025, in Edmonton, AB.
Our Director Philip Kashap is a board member of the new national organization, and was thrilled to attend this great event!

Huntsville Suzuki Director Becomes Canada's 8th Suzuki Violin Teacher Trainer!
This year Philip Kashap, Huntsville Suzuki School's Director and Violin/Viola Teacher, was named a Teacher Trainer for the Suzuki Association of the Americas. This is the highest level designation for a Suzuki Teacher and is given only to a few master teachers. He is the first new Canadian Teacher Trainer on any instrument in the last nine years! Now in addition to training the next generation of excellent students, he will be training tomorrow's Suzuki violin teachers. Congratulations Philip! |
